Return & Refund Policy

We guarantee 30 days return for every orders (broken, changed mind, etc..) without any hassles. Please email us and tell us your problems. Anything can be solved. We guarantee we always seek the best solution for you.   

Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery date. Sometimes, we accept return and refund for longer time. Please email us.

Return Case(s):

1. No need/change of mind before shipping: Please contact us in 24 hours before shipping (normally your item(s) will be shipped within 36 hours after clear payment), so we can cancel your order and issue full refund to your bank account. 

2. No need/ change of mind after receiving: Please contact us in advance before returning item(s) for full refund. We will send you instruction(s) how to return the item(s) to us. You will receive full refund in 24 hours after we receive and inspect return item(s)

3. Defected item(s) after receiving: Please send us email(s) including the pictures. Then we will ship the new one for you to exchange in 1 - 2 business days free of charged. You do not need to ship back the defected one to us.  

4. Defected item(s) after time of usage: Please send us email(s) including the pictures. We will reply with instructions to return for warranty. 

5. Other. Please contact us via email. We guarantee we always seek the best solution for you.

Customers need to contact us in advance before submitting any return or refund process. All emails will be answered in 03 business days maximum (normally you will receive reply within 6 - 12 hours).

Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return & Refund Procedures: (if applicable)

For Case (1) , you will receive the full refund within 48 hours. Normally, you will receive your refund less than 6 hours. 

For Case (2) , once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (normally 03 business days). If you are not approved, please do not worry, you always can discuss with us to reach a best solution for you.

For Case (3) , we will issue full refund or exchange a new one as your requested. Full refund will be issued in 2 business days. Or we will ship the new one to you within 2 business days. 

For Case (4) , we will let you know if your item(s) can be fixed. If it cannot be fixed, we will issue full refund within 3 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or your PayPal account. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during the transportation. If you need to exchange it for the same item, or you want a full refund. Please send us an email at support@bag4people.com. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
